說明：
一、 依據客家委員會（下稱客委會） 114 年 2 月 21 日客會語字第 1146700145 號函辦理。
二、 客委會為推廣客語，鼓勵全國公務人員、教育人員及軍警人員踴躍參加客語能力認證，及提升其公事客語服務能量，前於 113 年 11 月 27 日以客會語字第 1136701110 號函公告旨揭計畫，補助實施對象為「各直轄市、縣（市）政府及中央機關所屬（轄）公務人員、教育人員（含私立學校部分）、警察人員、現役軍人、約聘僱人員、技工及工友，不含臨時人員」。
三、 現為擴大鼓勵高級中等以下學校教育從業人員參與客語能力認證，爰將《高級中等以下學校兼任代課及代理教師聘任辦法》第 2 條規定之兼任、代課、代理教師，與《幼兒教育及照顧法》第 3 條規定之教保服務人員(園長、教師、教保員及助理教保員)納入客語能力認證報名費用補助實施對象，並追溯至 113 年起適用。
四、 請轉知轄下高級中等以下學校(含幼兒園)，倘兼任、代課、代理教師及教保服務人員於 113 年度有報名客語能力各級別認證，並完成測驗且無缺考情形者，得於 114 年 9 月 30 日前向客委會提出報名費追溯補助申請。
五、 另請持續協助鼓勵轄下各機關（構）所屬人員報名 114 年客語能力各級別認證，以提升其客語服務量能。
