轉知教育部「第 14 屆全國法規資料庫競賽活動」
| 一、 | 依據教育部 111 年 8 月 29 日臺教授國字第 1110109595 號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 法務部及教育部為推動全國國中、高中職（含五年制專科學校一、二、三年級）學生及教師能善用全國法規資料庫作為法治教學平台，特辦理「全國法規資料庫法規知識王網路闖關競賽活動」及「全國法規資料庫創意教學競賽活動」，落實法治教育向下札根，協助國中、高中職及五年制專科學校師生運用全國法規資料庫進行法治教學，發揮法治教育推廣綜效，建立知法守法的觀念。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭活動要點摘述如下： |
| (一) | 法規知識王網路闖關競賽活動： |
| １、 | 活動對象：全國國中、高中職（含五年制專科學校一、二、三年級）學生，區分「國中學生組」及「高中職學生組」。 |
| ２、 | 活動方式：採網路初賽及現場決賽 2 階段競賽。 |
| ３、 | 網路初賽：自 111 年 8 月 19 日起至 111 年 10 月 25 日止。 |
| (二) | 創意教學競賽活動： |
| １、 | 活動對象：全國國中、高中職（含五年制專科學校）教師，區分「國中組」及「高中職組（含五年制專科學校）」。 |
| ２、 | 活動方式：運用「全國法規資料庫」融入法治教育相關議題進行教案設計，本屆教案甄選之主題如下： |
| (１) | 人權法治與性別平等議題。 |
| (２) | 重大修法議題。 |
| (３) | 犯罪預防與毒品防制議題。 |
| (４) | 其他與法治教育相關議題。 |
| ３、 | 報名時間：自 111 年 8 月 19 日起至 111 年 10 月 5 日止。 |
