| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據原住民族委員會（以下簡稱原民會） 113 年 3 月 1 日原民教字第 1130007257 號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 鑒於原住民族傳統文化與智慧快速流失，目前原住民族知識以及相關師資正在建構與養成中，依據 108 年 6 月 19 日修正公布原住民族教育法第 35 條規定：「各級各類學校為實施原住民族語言、文化及藝能教學，得遴聘原住民族耆老或具相關專長人士支援教學；其認證辦法，由中央原住民族主管機關定之。」為規範其取得資格辦法，針對文化及藝能專業領域、資格、著作、教學經驗、作品參賽等級分別訂定基準認證，爰原民會前於 112 年 8 月 17 日以原民教字第 11200039244 號令發布「原住民族文化及藝能認證辦法」，全文共計 12 條，合先敘明。 |
| 三、 | 原民會為利申請者瞭解本辦法申請、審查及申復之程序及期間等資訊，並提升其服務效能，特訂定旨揭申請作業計畫 1 份。 |
