一、依據教育部110年4月21日臺教資(三)字第1100055109號函辦理。
二、為協助教師深入了解學生的網路世界，培養其建立資訊社會中應有的態度，了解資訊科技與人類社會相關議題，養成正確的資訊科技使用習慣，遵守相關之倫理、道德及法律，並關懷資訊社會的各項議題，教育部製作數位研習課程共計11門(小時)，課程名稱如下：
(一) 原來上網沒禮貌也會違法。
(二) 認識孩子的電腦遊戲世界。
(三) 資訊安全的意涵與防範。
(四) 網路世代的倫理議題。
(五) 網路世代的數位公民教育。
(六) 網路言論的責任與規範。
(七) 網路社群的隱私與保護。
(八) 網路素養的教與學。
(九) 無形的拳頭：淺談網路霸凌。
(十) 網路資源停看聽：著作權的合理使用。
(十一) 數位康健。
三、旨揭課程自110年4月起於教育部教師e學院（https://ups.moe.edu.tw ）開課，可至平臺申請教育雲端帳號密碼進行選課，課程結束完成總測驗且及格者，核予該門課研習時數，其研習時數將定期介接對傳至全國教師在職進修資訊網。
