說明：
一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署（以下簡稱國教署） 115 年 2 月 26 日臺教國署原字第 1155700568 號函辦理。
二、 依據國教署「115 年度十二課綱原住民族教育議題融入校訂課程推廣計畫」辦理。
三、 因應十二年國教課綱正式實施，為協助教師及學校落實原住民族議題融入各學習領域及課程，爰辦理旨揭方案，補助教師組成學習社群，進行相關學習內容之自主增能，以提升教師對原住民族教育議題之理解，並推動全民原住民族教育理念之落實。
四、 活動資訊如下：
(一) 期程：申請截止日期為 115 年 4 月 30 日（星期四），於同年 9 月 30 日（星期三）前執行完畢，並於同年 10 月 31 日（星期六）前繳交成果報告書。
(二) 社群學習主題自訂，但應符合以下條件：
１、 與原住民族歷史、文化或當代權利議題相關。
２、 對應於原住民族教育相關之部定領域課綱學習內容條目。
(三) 申請對象：公私立高級中等以下學校（含非學校型態實驗教育）教師，包括專兼任教師、代理代課教師、教學支援工作人員以及其他因特定計畫於學校實際從事教學工作之人員，每一社群以至少 3 人為原則。
(四) 申請方式：填列申請書後將資料寄至國立東華大學原住民族課程發展協作中心電子信箱（ E-mail ： 12years@gms.ndhu.edu.tw ）。
(五) 教師自主學習社群說明會：
１、 時間： 115 年 3 月 11 日（星期三）下午 2 時至 3 時。
２、 地點：採線上 Google Meet 會議室（ https://meet.google.com/ztj-wdmq-tfk ）。
