說明：
一、 依據國立臺灣師範大學 115 年 5 月 19 日師大進字第 1151013806 號函辦理。
二、 實施對象：各國民中學、小學皆可踴躍報名參加。
三、 為鼓勵參與及減少行政作業，參與遴選之文件資料通過初審，可取代 114 學年客語沉浸式教學計畫成果報告。
四、 各校須繳交資料如下：
(一) 成果彙報表（請同時繳交 ODT 與 PDF 檔，資料須與往年繳件資料為不同單元）。
(二) 教學方案設計（請同時繳交 ODT 與 PDF 檔）。
(三) 教學實施精華剪輯 15 至 20 分鐘，請上傳至 youtube 並提供一組影片連結網址（需與教學方案設計符合）。
(四) 學校特色資料。
(五) 自我檢核表。
五、 獎勵：
(一) 特優：預計錄取 3 所（獎金最高新臺幣 10 萬元、獎座 1 座及獎狀 1 紙）。
(二) 優等：預計錄取 5 所（獎金最高新臺幣 5 萬元及獎狀 1 紙）。
(三) 入選：獎狀 1 紙。
六、 本案採線上收件，請於 115 年 6 月 5 日（星期五）前將資料以電子郵件寄送至電子信箱： hakka12ntnu@gmail.com 。
七、 檢附「114 學年度客語沉浸式教學（國民中學及小學）優良課程教學方案遴選實施計畫」1 份。
