主內容區域
一、邀請家長會代表、關心學校午餐家長代表、學校營養師、團膳業者等消費團體參訪國產生鮮豬肉產品製造行程，現場觀摩並搭配專家全程參與導覽解說，讓大眾了解國產豬肉產品嚴謹的製造與品質衛生管控流程，以增進學校使用國產豬肉的信心。
二、報名對象：
(一) 學校午餐承辦、營養師等單位人員。
(二) 學校午餐團膳供膳單位代表。
(三) 大專院校食品相關科系師生團體。
(四) 國中/國小家長會及關心學校午餐之家長。
三、 共有5場次，詳如簡章，每場次以30人為上限，每場次每單位以2位為原則，屆時請所屬機關(學校)予以公假參與。
