轉知國立臺灣藝術教育館「115 學年度全國學生音樂比賽實施要點」1 份，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據國立臺灣藝術教育館 115 年 7 月 16 日藝演字第 1150001684 號函辦理。
二、 旨揭比賽實施要點修正重點如下：
(一) 增列「經各縣市藝術才能（音樂類）資賦優異鑑定通過並採『特殊教育方案』安置之學生」參賽資格專案申請規定。
(二) 個人項目新增「上低音號」獨奏國中及高中職 AB 組，以及大專組。
(三) 明定計時終止線設置約位於舞臺寬度四分之三處。
(四) 明定鋼琴調音 A=442Hz 。
(五) 參賽者名冊 A 組組別相關文字酌作文字修正，以及於參賽學生證明處，增訂列冊學生符合組隊規定等文字。
三、 本比賽決賽預定辦理時間，說明如下：
(一) 團體項目分（北、中、南）區：自 116 年 3 月 1 日起辦理。
(二) 個人項目：自 116 年 3 月 15 日起辦理。
(三) 本比賽決賽整體辦理時間循往例為當年度 3 月 1 日至 3 月 31 日止（包括團體及個人項目），本學年度決賽確定日期及賽程將於 116 年 1 月 15 日前公告於本比賽官網。
四、 本賽事涉及學生免試入學比序項目之採計、以競賽表現入學之申請，同時為維護學生參賽權益，請於其他活動相關期程規劃時，將本比賽決賽期程納入評估，俾避免及降低本賽事與其他活動辦理時間衝突情形。
五、 115 學年度新增個人項目「上低音號」獨奏項目之指定曲（草案）以及旨揭比賽實施要點業同步公告於全國學生音樂比賽網站(https://web.arte.gov.tw/music/ 。
