一、 為推動海洋科學與科技教育，培養青少年「動手做」與發揮「創意與巧思」之精神，本館結合國家科學及技術委員會等單位，特規劃辦理旨揭大賽。期透過遙控帆船之設計與創客過程，引導學生運用 STEAM 跨科領域知識，深化對海洋科技之認識與深度體驗。
二、 本競賽相關資訊摘要如下：
(一) 參加對象： 以 115 學年度在學為準之全國各級學校學生。分為「國中小組」（國小 5 年級至國中 3 年級）及「高中職組」（高中職 1 年級至 3 年級），每隊由 2 名學生組成，並須有學校現職教師（或個人組隊之學生家長） 1 名擔任指導老師。
(二) 報名時間與方式： 自即日起至 115 年 8 月 18 日（星期二） 23 時 59 分截止，一律採網路線上報名。請至「2026 全國學生遙控帆船 STEAM 創客大賽」官方網站（網址： https://mslc.nmmst.gov.tw/evtsite1/content/RCSail2026/ ）報名。
(三) 重要日程與分區場地：
１、 東區（花蓮花崗國中）：說明會 9 月 12 日；區賽 10 月 10 日至 11 日。
２、 中區（國立自然科學博物館）：說明會 9 月 19 日；區賽 10 月 17 日至 18 日。
３、 南區（國立高雄科技大學楠梓校區）：說明會 9 月 26 日；區賽 10 月 24 日至 25 日。
４、 北區（國立海洋科技博物館）：說明會 10 月 4 日；區賽 10 月 31 日至 11 月 1 日。
５、 全國總決賽（國立海洋科技博物館）： 11 月 21 日至 22 日。
(四) 競賽獎勵：參賽隊伍頒發參賽證明，獲選決賽隊伍將頒發獎金及獎狀。
三、 其餘競賽規則、評比標準等未盡事宜，悉依隨函檢附之活動簡章辦理；請貴校於校園網路及文宣看板公告周知，以廣宣傳。
