「115學年度各級學校推動融合教育徵件計畫」，延長計畫收件日期

主旨：本局辦理「115 學年度各級學校推動融合教育徵件計
畫」，延長計畫收件日期，請貴校踴躍參與，請查照。
說明：
一、依據本局 115 年 6 月 9 日桃教特字第 1150052833 號函(諒達)續
辦。
二、本案透過融合教育徵件計畫推行，以激勵學校推動融合教
育，並藉由辦理研習方式，提供績優學校及教師分享融合
教育相關成果，以提升本市教師融合教育專業知能，達楷
模學習之效。
三、計畫實施摘要(詳如附件)：
(一)計畫期程： 115 年 9 月至 116 年 6 月。
(二)辦理方式：
１、第一階段：學校(園)提出融合教育執行計畫，由本局
聘請學者、專家等組成甄選小組進行甄選。
２、第二階段：本案預計於 115 年 6 月辦理成果發表會，經
評選接受經費補助之學校(園)，於計畫確實執行後，分享實施成果供他校觀摩學習。
(三)經費補助：依甄選出之各校(園)實施計畫經費概算表酌
予補助，每校(園)補助經費至多新臺幣 6 萬元。
(四)申請方式：學校研擬融合教育計畫（計畫參考表件如附
件），計畫紙本延長至 115 年 8 月 7 日(星期五)前寄（送）
至龍岡國中輔導室，電子檔寄至承辦人陳姿靜老師信箱
tzjing@lkjh.tyc.edu.tw ；請各校踴躍參與
四、檢附本案前函及實施計畫各 1 份。
