「桃園市115學年度學生舞蹈比賽實施要點」

主旨：	檢送「桃園市 115 學年度學生舞蹈比賽實施要點」1 份，詳如說明，請查照。

說明：

一、	依據 115 學年度全國學生舞蹈比賽實施要點辦理。

二、	本市 115 學年度學生舞蹈比賽實施要點(下稱本要點)修正及新增事項詳如附件一，另有關本年度修正事項重點說明，請參閱附件二。

三、	旨揭比賽重要事項摘錄如下：

(一)	比賽地點：桃園市立平鎮高級中等學校體育館。(地址： 324031 桃園市平鎮區環南路３段 100 號)。

(二)	比賽日期： 115 年 11 月 19 日(星期四)起至 11 月 22 日(星期日) ，上午 8 時 30 分至至下午 5 時，賽程安排先一區後二區。

(三)	報名日期： 115 年 10 月 7 日(星期三)至 10 月 14 日(星期三)止。

(四)

報名方式：

１、	上網報名：請至全國學生舞蹈比賽資訊網(https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw/ 登錄報名後，於報名系統匯出並線上列印紙本報名表（含參賽者名冊）及團體/個人組參賽切結書，一式 4 份，報名表加蓋學校戳章，以證明參賽者均具有正式學籍學生；切結書個人組需由參賽者及編舞老師簽名，團體組則須加蓋學校印信，完成後 2 份向本市主辦單位報名， 2 份報名者自留（攜帶至市賽及決賽現場進行報到及檢錄），未報名者，不得參賽。

２、	寄出報名表：於 115 年 10 月 14 日(星期三)前(郵戳為憑)將紙本以限時掛號郵寄至桃園市平鎮區復旦國民小學(地址： 32447 桃園市平鎮區廣平街 1 號，輔導室特教組收，電話： 03-4917491 轉 610 、 612)，始完成報名手續，逾時不予受理。

３、	填寫報名表時，舞碼演出時間、配樂資料與道具數量敬請核實填寫，以利賽程安排。

(五)

抽籤及領隊會議：

１、	日期： 115 年 10 月 28 日(星期三)下午 1 時 30 分。當日將由承辦單位公開使用全國學生舞蹈比賽抽籤系統抽籤，不得異議。經抽籤後，一律不得要求更換名單。

２、	地點：桃園市立平鎮高級中等學校四樓階梯教室。

３、	領隊會議後即進行抽籤，各參賽學校務必派員參加，以免喪失自身權益。

四、	本比賽報名作業涉及學生重要權益及全國參賽代表權，爰請貴校務必將比賽相關資訊以聯絡簿或通知單等方式確實轉達學生及家長知悉，勿僅以網路或公佈欄公告，以維護學生權益。

五、	依據本要點第壹拾貳點規定，凡參加本比賽之競賽員(學生)、隊職員及各工作人員，請所屬學校或機關准予公(差)假登記，本局不另發給請假證明或到場參賽證明。

六、	本要點請逕至全國學生舞蹈比賽資訊網(https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw/ 下載參閱。
