| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署 115 年 8 月 6 日臺教國署國字第 1155503610 號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為推動新課綱素養導向之課程與教學，以培育具備核心素養能力之學生，國教署提供國民中小學輔導員入校諮詢輔導服務，申請事宜摘要如下： |
| (一) | 115 學年度第 1 學期輔導員到校服務期間：自 115 年 9 月 1 日起至 116 年 1 月 20 日止。 |
| (二) | 申請日程: |
| １、 | 第 1 梯次： 115 年 8 月 6 日起至 115 年 8 月 17 日止。 |
| ２、 | 第 2 梯次： 115 年 9 月 15 日至 115 年 9 月 21 日止。 |
| (三) | 申請程序： |
| １、 | 登入國教署「國民教育中央輔導團跨域教學分團輔導員入校諮詢輔導平臺」（ https://ctcs.cloud.ncnu.edu.tw/Pages/index.aspx ）： |
| (１) | 登錄邀約之主題、時間與地點，每校每學期至多 3 次，每次至多 2 日；若為跨區聯合辦理，則計入主辦學校申請額度。 |
| (２) | 如同一時段有多校同時申請，以跨區聯合學校優先錄取，國教署得依學校區域性與需求性指派輔導員優先入校輔導。 |
| (３) | 審核結果以電子郵件方式通知，請學校檢核確認到校服務之日期及時間。 |
| ２、 | 審核通過後： |
| (１) | 學校務請主動聯繫輔導員，討論課程安排細節，倘地處偏遠或無大眾運輸方式可抵達之學校，請適時提供輔導員入校交通及膳宿協助。 |
| (２) | 學校無須提供鐘點費與交通費；惟審核通過後，倘因學校臨時取消邀約，輔導員於學校取消前已發生之交通、住宿及其衍生之費用，由學校全額支付。 |
| (３) | 輔導員到校服務結束後 7 日內，學校應完成回饋意見表，未完成者國教署列入後續申請審核評估之參據。 |
| (四) | 輔導員入校方式為深度陪伴性質，非以大型工作坊或研習活動為辦理方向，爰申請人數以 20 人以內為佳，超過 30 人原則上不予通過。 |
| (五) | 檢送「國民教育中央輔導團跨域教學分團輔導員入校諮詢輔導申請說明」、「申請期程海報」及「申請注意事項海報」各 1 份。 |
