壹、依據：桃園市110年度第十一屆三好校園實施計畫

貳、目的：

一、表彰學生同儕楷模，鼓勵見賢思齊的典範學習。

二、內化學生思考及發想習慣，展現多元創意的美感生活。

三、營造「三好校園」氛圍，將三好精神實踐於日常生活。

叁、主辦單位：永順國民小學學務處。

肆、承辦單位：桃園市永順國小自治市團隊。

伍、辦理日期： 110年 10 月 18 日-11 月 2 日

陸、宣傳方式

1、 10月 19 日兒朝自治市進行簡報說明

2、 10月 22 日(星期五)星光大道造型走秀及參賽說明

3、相關活動辦法及宣傳單放置班級抽屜櫃

柒、遴選及獎勵方式：

10月 19日~10 月 26 日為交件時間，請各班同學可以在家中進行創意造型並拍照，檔名請統一為(班級_姓名_造型名稱)，也麻煩導師上傳雲端硬碟(110訓育/三好校園創意變裝秀)。
10月 27日~10 月 30 日，將所有參賽者的照片列印於學務處前走廊， 10 月 30 日由全校每生一張豆豆貼進行投票。
10月 31日公告投票結果。
獎項分為特優一名、優等二名、佳作若干名，及創意獎、搞笑獎若干名，另增列參加獎，所有參加者均可獲得品格貼 5張。
將於 11月兒童朝會時頒發獎狀。
