一、桃園人口持續成長，廚餘量也隨之提升，為減少垃圾量，本市將推動「生熟廚餘全回收」政策，說明如下：
(一)推動期程：
１、試辦(宣導期)：自111年1月1日起至111年3月31日
止。
２、正式實施：111年4月1日起。
(二)執行方式：廚餘將區分為可回收及不可回收廚餘分類收集，不再區分養豬廚餘(熟廚餘)及堆肥廚餘(生廚餘)，只要是可回收廚餘，無論生、熟均應混合回收。
(三)分類方式及配合事項：
１、可回收廚餘：被拋棄之生、熟食物及其殘渣，包括葉菜、水果及剩食類等。排出時請交由桃園市政府環境
清潔稽查大隊沿街(定點)收運之垃圾車或所設置之廚餘回收桶進行回收，不得混入一般垃圾。
２、不可回收廚餘：硬質類、柔韌類及其他難分解之蚌殼、蚵殼、牛、羊、豬大骨、鳳梨芽冠、玉米芯、甘
蔗皮、茭白筍殼、竹筍殼。請併入一般垃圾排出，不得投入廚餘回收桶。
(四)相關罰則：自111年4月1日起正式實施旨揭政策後，若經發現未依規定分類回收，將依違反廢棄物清理法第50條規定處新臺幣1,200元以上6,000元以下罰鍰。
