轉知社團法人中華民國視障者家長協會「COVID-19視障者急難救助金申請辦法」

一、	依據社團法人中華民國視障者家長協會 111 年 7 月 4 日中華視家協字第 11100704001 號函辦理。

二、

辦法摘要如下：

(一)	辦理目的：協助視障者及其家庭渡過因疫情影響導致生活、就業上之急難困境。

(二)	申請條件： 111 年度 1 月至 7 月受 COVID-19 疫情影響而致急難困境，並領有身心障礙證明之視覺障礙者。

(三)

申請對象：

１、	視障確診個案：確診視障個案未領有商業防疫保險給付，且從事按摩未有企業進用或街頭藝人為優先，每名 5000 元，名額以 50 名為原則。

２、	視障家庭疫情特殊狀況個案：由社福機構、團體或學校之社工或老師提出申請，視障家庭因疫情而影響其生計者為優先，每戶 5000 元，名額以 10 名為原則。

(四)	申請方式：於 111 年 7 月底前，將相關申請表與證明資料之紙本文件掛號郵寄至該會，以郵戳為憑；另將「視障者急難救助金申請表」之電子檔 E-mail 至該會信箱。

(五)	聯絡資訊：社團法人中華民國視障者家長協會電話(02)2599-5210 。
