一、 依據本局 112 年統一發票推行辦理租稅美術創作競賽計畫辦理。
二、 辦理方式，詳如活動辦法，摘錄如下：
(一) 畫作繪製內容：參賽者將統一發票兌獎管道新措施（含統一發票兌獎 App ）、購物消費索取統一發票、行動支付結合雲端發票、雲端發票自動化對獎、利用社會福利團體捐贈碼捐贈雲端發票、地方稅 3 大稅(房屋稅、使用牌照稅、地價稅)開徵訊息、國稅及地方稅種類、便民服務措施、多元化繳稅管道、稅收建設、重要稅制及稅政等為主題自訂題目，以繪畫方式呈現。
(二) 報名日期：即日起至 112 年 5 月 22 日下午 5 時止。
(三) 報名對象：桃園市所屬各公(私)立國民中學、國民小學 3 至 6 年級學生及本市滿 15 歲以上居民（具中華民國國籍者）。
(四) 報名方式：一律用四開畫紙繪製（直式、橫式皆可）完成後，請於收件截止日前自行送件（由本局掣發收據）或掛號（以作品寄出郵戳為憑）郵寄，即完成報名。
(五) 收件地點：本局服務科宣導股及各分局服務行政股。
(六) 早鳥參賽獎：凡於 112 年 5 月 2 日前交件，即可獲得參賽獎品。
(七) 參賽組別及獎項：分為國小組、國中組及社會組，得獎者核發獎金及本局獎狀以茲鼓勵（國中組得獎學生已列入 12 年國教超額比序競賽加分之依據，給分標準特優（ 6 分）、優等（ 5 分）、佳作（ 3 分）），其獎項及名額如下：
１、 國小組
(１) 特優獎 3 名：每名獎金 3,600 元、獎狀 1 張。
(２) 優等獎 8 名：每名獎金 2,000 元、獎狀 1 張。
(３) 佳作獎 20 名：每名獎金 1,000 元、獎狀 1 張。
２、 國中組
(１) 特優獎 1 名：每名獎金 3,600 元、獎狀 1 張。
(２) 優等獎 3 名：每名獎金 2,000 元、獎狀 1 張。
(３) 佳作獎 10 名：每名獎金 1,000 元、獎狀 1 張。
３、 社會組（分 3 組主題，擇一主題參賽）
(１) 特優獎（每主題各 1 名）：每名獎金 3,600 元、獎狀 1 張。
(２) 優等獎（每主題各 3 名）：每名獎金 2,000 元、獎狀 1 張。
(３) 佳作獎（每主題各 5 名）：每名獎金 1,000 元、獎狀 1 張。
