說明：
一、 依據新竹縣政府 113 年 4 月 29 日府授教學字第 1139550696 號函辦理。
二、 為鼓勵全國各公私立高中職、國中小教師與學生，善用工具進行跨域學習，並發揮團隊合作精神，開發具有價值之 Rabboni 感測元件創意應用；轉化半導體 IC 認知為科普文字及互動式影音素材，造就全民半導體 IC 通識，特辦理旨揭競賽。
三、 競賽資訊如下：
(一) 報名時間：即日起至 113 年 9 月 13 日(星期五)下午 5 時止。
(二) 參賽對象：全國各公私立高中職、國中、國小學生(113 年 8 月仍在學)及教師，可跨校組隊參加。
(三) 競賽主題：
１、 智聯感測。
２、 半導體 IC 科普。
(四) 報名方式：限網路報名，請至第四屆文文盃競賽網頁 (https://12u10.lab.nycu.edu.tw/winwinarea/winwinaiot/)報名。
(五) 初賽構想書上傳截止： 113 年 9 月 27 日(星期五)下午 5 時止。
(六) 決賽入選名單公布： 113 年 10 月 28 日(星期一)，決賽入選名單將公告於競賽網頁。
(七) 決賽評審及頒獎典禮： 113 年 11 月 23 日(星期六)，於新竹縣東興國中辦理。
四、 有關旨揭競賽倘有相關問題，洽詢專線如下：
(一) 競賽報名問題，請洽新竹縣東興國中林健明校長(03-5506881#888)。
(二) 報名系統問題，請洽國立陽明交通大學陳宛君小姐(03-5731627)。
五、 檢送「第四屆文文盃-晶創未來全國聯賽智聯感測暨半導體 IC 科普」實施計畫 1 份。
