國際姊妹市協會（ Sister Cities International, SCI ）辦理 2024 年度獎項申請一案，請轉知貴校同學踴躍參加，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據本府秘書處 114 年 3 月 5 日桃秘國字第 1140001580 號函辦理。
二、 本市前於 109 年 3 月 26 日加入國際姊妹市協會成為正式會員， 該組織為全球最大且歷史最悠久之公民外交組織，成立目的 在於推動世界和平，透過經濟合作計畫、獎助學金、藝術、 文化、青年與體育交流強化會員間關係，合先敘明。
三、 旨揭年度獎項計畫，辦理情形如下：
(一) 目的：本獎項計畫目的在於肯定 SCI 成員於 2024 年所舉辦之各類傑出活動。
(二) 報名截止日期： 114 年 5 月 1 日。
(三) 獎項類別：
１、 總體特優獎(Best Overall)。
２、 藝術與文化創新獎(Innovation in Arts & Culture)。
３、 商務貿易及專業人士交流創新獎(Innovation in Business, Trade, and Professional Exchange)。
４、 人道救援創新獎(Innovation in Humanitarian Assistance)。
５、 青年及教育創新獎(Innovation in Youth and Education)。
６、 Tim Quigley 年度志工獎(“ Tim Quigley ” Volunteer of the Year Award)。
７、 青年領袖獎(Youth Leadership Award)。
