一、 依據新竹縣政府 115 年 5 月 4 日府授教學字第 1150654838 號函辦理。
二、 為鼓勵全國各公私立高中職、國中小學生，善用工具進行跨域學習，並發揮團隊合作精神，開發具有價值之 Rabboni 感測元件創意應用；轉化半導體 IC 認知為科普文字及互動式影音素材，造就全民半導體 IC 通識，特辦理旨揭競賽。
三、 競賽資訊摘錄如下：
(一) 報名時間：即日起至 115 年 9 月 11 日(星期五)下午 5 時止。
(二) 參賽對象：全國各公私立高中職、國中、國小學生(115 年 8 月仍在學)，可跨校組隊參加。
(三) 競賽主題：
１、 AI 智聯感測應用。
２、 半導體 IC 科普。
(四) 報名方式：限網路報名，請至第六屆文文盃競賽網頁(https://12u10.lab.nycu.edu.tw/winwinarea/winwinaiot/)報名。
(五) 初賽構想書上傳截止日： 115 年 9 月 24 日(星期四)下午 5 時止。
(六) 決賽入選名單公布日期： 115 年 10 月 29 日(星期四)，將公告於競賽網頁。
(七) 決賽評審及頒獎典禮： 115 年 11 月 14 日(星期六)，假新竹縣勝利國中辦理。
(八) 有關競賽報名問題，請洽新竹縣勝利國中方欣蕙主任(03-6561113#611)；系統問題，請洽國立陽明交通大學陳宛君小姐(03-5731627)。
