主旨： 轉知銓敘部修正後之「公教人員保險被保險人一次性離退給 與按月攤提計算所據平均餘命標準表」，並自 112 年 6 月 1 日 起生效，請查照。
說明：
一、 依銓敘部 112 年 3 月 21 日部退一字第 1125547946 號函辦理，並 檢附原函及其附件影本各 1 份。
二、 查公教人員保險法施行細則第 58 條第 2 項規定以，本法第 17 條第 4 項第 2 款所定平均餘命，由本保險主管機關（銓敘部） 參考內政部公告之全體國民平均餘命，每 3 年檢討一次並公 告之。
三、 本標準表前經銓敘部公告並於 109 年 6 月 1 日生效，迄今已屆 滿 3 年，爰該部依前開規定，重新檢討修正。
