一、 培養科際整合之專業領域法律人才，提供非法律專長者完整的法學教育及專業訓練。該學系為全國唯一學士後的法律系，擁有法律學院一流的師資，提供與時俱進的專業知識。有利於志在培養第二專長、工作科際整合、參加相關國家考試的在職人士、大學應屆畢業生奠定基礎。
二、 報考資格 : 經教育部認可國內外立案大學或獨立學院之非法律科系畢業並取得學士以上學位，且符合招生簡章規定之條件者。
三、 考試方式 : 資料審查 (佔總成績 100%)。
四、 報名方式 : 一律網路報名，網址 :https://exam.fju.edu.tw/admission
五、 報名日期 : 113 年 3 月 21 日上午 10:00 至 113 年 3 月 28 日下午 5:00 止。
六、 書審資料收件截止 : 113 年 3 月 28 日(以郵戳為憑)。
