一、 本校管理學院 EMBA 碩士學分班課程，凡具報考碩士資格者報名即可修讀。
二、 EMBA 正式入學後得申請抵免學分，至多抵免 18 學分。學分抵免達 12 學分，具 1.5 年畢業資格。
三、 特色課程：
（一） 課程名稱： AI 與領導力：數位人才管理與創新。
（二） 授課老師：黃瓊億老師、簡忠仁老師。
（三） 授課時間： 114 年 2 月 18 日至 6 月 17 日，每週二晚間。
（四） 課程重點：
1 、 建立 AI 時代的領導思維。
2 、 強化數位化人才管理應用。
3 、 整合 AI 與創意創新能力。
4 、 結合 AI 與組織發展之應用。
（五） 招生對象：
1 、 企業管理者與高階經理人。
2 、 對創新領導應用感興趣者。
3 、 各專業領域之菁英人士。
