主旨：有關衛生福利部社會及家庭署辦理「導盲犬友善環境」宣
導一案，請查照。
說明：
一、依據本府社會局 114 年 12 月 11 日桃社障字第 1140111255 號函
辦理。
二、按身心障礙者權益保障法第 60 條第 2 項規定：「前項公共場
所、公共建築物、營業場所、大眾運輸工具及其他公共設
施之所有人、管理人或使用人，不得對導盲幼犬、導聾幼
犬、肢體輔助幼犬及合格導盲犬、導聾犬、肢體輔助犬收
取額外費用，且不得拒絕其自由出入或附加其他出入條
件。」
三、為提升社會大眾對於導盲幼犬的認識，並支持導盲幼犬進
入公共空間，及加強宣導「不餵食、不撫摸、不呼叫、不
拒絕、主動詢問」觀念，衛生福利部社會及家庭署署製作
宣導影片及橫幅。
四、本案宣導影片已公布於衛生福利部社會及家庭署官網（短網址路徑為 https://reurl.cc/eVLLWm ） 及身心障礙服務
入口網（ https://dpws.sfaa.gov.tw/）導盲犬專區。
五、請貴機關(單位)協助於電子看板或網站刊登訊息，另請廣
為宣導周知並轉知所屬單位及民間團體，以推動各領域人
員友善導盲犬、共同推廣友善身心障礙者之社會環境。
